Valarie Williams is a graduate assistant at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, pursuing dual master’s degrees in real estate development and city and metropolitan planning. She works on the Industry team and assists with housing, construction, and real estate research.
Valerie’s focus of study is the nexus of policy, planning theory, and development, with a focus on equitable urban spaces and resilient communities. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography and worked as a visual artist for several years before pursuing studies in planning and development.
