Bichu Li is a graduate assistant at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, working with the demography team. She is a third-year Ph.D. student in Educational Leadership and Policy program. Her academic focus is in K-12 principal time management and K-12 school assessment.
Prior to joining the Gardner Institute, Bichu was a graduate assistant with the Utah Education Policy Center. She conducted the San Juan Para Educator program participant feedback reports and updated the Principal Preparation Program database nationwide.
Bichu is originally from Beijing, China. She earned a B.S. in Information System Management from China University of Geosciences and a M.Sc. in Information Science from University of Texas at Dallas.
