This training for the Office of Enrollment Management provides a “look under the hood” of Utah’s economy, which is consistently recognized as among the most resilient in the nation. We will follow the economy’s transformation from its beginnings in geographic isolation and homogeneity to today’s diverse and globally-connected state, identifying the key factors that underpin Utah’s economic strengths. We will also evaluate current challenges to the Utah economy and their implications for higher education. This training is for staff from the Office of Enrollment Management at the University of Utah.
