NHMU Surveys

Designed and analyzed two types of museum visitor intercept surveys. One survey provides a longitudinal museum visitor profile, identifies how visitors heard about the museum, and outlines a general evaluation of visitor expectations and experiences. The other survey provides a differentiated profile of visitors based on whether visitors chose to visit the museum before or after a discounted admission was offered and implemented.
