The Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute released short-term projections for 2018 to 2028 by age and sex for Utah and each of its counties. They incorporate the latest data to give Utahns newer insights into our changing demographics. We expect the population to grow by 570,000 people and 270,000 households over that ten-year period. For data after 2028, use our long-term projections for 2016-2065.
