Alexandria Haslam is an intern at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, working in conjunction with the David Eccles School of Business as an Eccles ambassador. She assists institute staff in a variety of functional areas, such as publication drafting and event preparation. Her primary focus is on editing published reports.

Ms. Haslam is currently pursuing a B.S. in entrepreneurship at the University of Utah. Beyond her duties as an Eccles ambassador and intern, she is also a content manager, writer, editor and workshops associate for the Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute; a copy editor for the Daily Utah Chronicle and Wasatch Magazine; the Phi Beta Lambda vice president for the University of Utah chapter; and the Public Relations Director for PBL at the state level. While part of PBL, she has won state competitions in financial analysis and decision-making, strategic analysis and decision-making, and parliamentary procedure, and had top-five and top-three finishes at the national competition in two separate categories in 2016. She has also served as a student representative on the University of Utah’s Undergraduate Council.
